I hope this helps. PET suggests that not all SWB cars have this style horn.

For which year/model or vin? There is no such thing as a SWB setup, several setups have been applied.

    Horn Mount

There were at least sets of horns , the first two look the same (shown above) and were mounted the same:

Starting with the 1964 cars up to the spring of 1965 cars 301 225
    901 635 102.00 Bosch 390 hz
    901 635 112.00 Bosch 520 hz

Second series 301 225 thru the end of model year 1966 #305 100 it changed to
    901 635 102.01 Bosch 290 hz
    901 635 112.01 Bosch 345 hz

in 1967 the horn style changed to the Fanfair (shape like a spiral Nautilus)

    Third series:
    901 635 112.02 Bosch 400 hz
    901 635 113.02 Bosch 500 hz

Note the Z shaped (gold Cad) bracket that is between the horn and the bumper mount area.

(It may have changes after that but we will have to have the 1968 SWB guys fill that in for us).

The mounts for the 1967 changed to this:
