Post To our paid membership, and all….

After fielding some of your inquires… You deserve an explanation and apology.

Firstly our 2019 ESR calendars will be ready for sale by the end of this week…Watch for the sale link on the board…

Next, our Fall and Winter ESSES issues 28/3 and 28/4 will be combined into one bigger issue, including Rennsport VI…
This combined issue should be out by the end of Jan.

To be fair, our ESSES advertisers will be extended another quarter.

To be sure, our quarterly ESSES will soon be back on schedule and issued 4 times in the coming year as always.

And this message board will be unaffected and function as always…

    To explain:

After our data base advisor Fred Trueman fell ill, and then of all things, gets into a head-on with his wife in the car, (they’re doing OK now) he could no longer manage and update the data base. It took a while for all of us, with big help from Ashton our tech support, to figure it all out…
It was finally resolved not long ago, but it took time from all of us…

While that was happening John Dilger, our ESSES editor, was getting behind with the ESSES….

Meanwhile John and the rest of us were setting up and organizing the Rennsport VI hotel, merchandise, and banquet… which all came out great, but the ESSES printing schedule suffered again.

John was also responsible for taking in the photos and information for the club’s calendar… which compromised his time for both the ESSES and the calendar.

Regretfully John has stepped down from his position in the club and will hopefully enjoy some well-deserved R&R and other pursuits.
We wish him well and thank him for all the years of work…

    So here we are…

The club now has the guidance of a professional in our community to help us reorganize, get back on track, and hopefully soon be back on schedule…

The club has been around for about 30 years, and with us for about the last 25…
And as always, we will fulfill our commitments to our membership… it just might take a little more time for us… and require a little more patience from you…

    With our sincere apologies,
    The ESR
