    Yes. Like your description of the color of paint. GM called it Saddle Tan.

    Yep. I forgot all about it. It's kind of rare. The Autumn Gold Poly although similar, was for other cars. Saddle Tan would have been a "manly color"; Autumn Rust, not so much.
    The "race track" colors are some of my favorites. I had a '65 Glen Green L79 coupe. Wish I still had it.

    Quick story that is amusing on the Saddle Tan Vette: Had my three Vettes at a Good Guys show a few years ago with the ‘63 between the ‘62 and ‘65, both of which are red. I’m sitting by the ‘63 and this rather attractive woman walks up and asked me if the “gold” cars was mine. Nodding my head, she continues with; “Finally a man secure enough to own a Corvette that is not red!”
