    favorite method for cleaning perlon ?

    soap & water ? coin op car wash ? dry cleaners ? inquiring minds want to know.

    I soaked mine in a large tub in Woolite over night then hosed it off in the driveway squeegeed then let dry in the sun.

    I would use only the gentlest methods such as soaking or hand rubbing, fearing that a washing machine or any form of pressure would tear the Perlon apart.

    Carpet extractor. Good detail shops or household carpet cleaners have them.
