    Well After having a good look and inspection, my 915 from a '79 ROW car uses the course spline output shafts. We checked and the 914/4 output shafts mate right up and generally work with the SWB axles. ...914/4 that we have are 4 spine 2 pin so I think we are going to drill out the CVs to accept a couple of pins. Hopefully as simple as that it will be good to go.

    I've heard that the drive flanges are harder than at least some machine shops bits. Can you share your experience drilling out the flanges? ...the shop that does my work had issues last time they had a machine shop attempt to do this for them.
