    FS: 912 Air Cleaner, Knecht SOLD

    Pair of right and left air cleaner for 912. Very nice condition ready to mount and drive. Still has original stickers. This set includes the bases and gaskets. These have been sitting on a shelf for a long time.
    $275 plus shipping and insurance.

    I don't think these were coded. None of the three sets I have include date codes. These only have the visible red stickers and stamped in the metal "KnechtLP 482/2 and 482/3.

    Tom, the date code is stamped in the metal usually in the bottom part that attaches to the plates that are on the carb. Its a very small round stamp, smaller than a dime.

    Really surprised someone hasn’t bought these. Perfectly patina’d and original.

    Makes my point that 912 owners are very cheap.
