The "cold or wet" limitation for the Avons eliminates close to half the year for me, not a good thing. Wet grip is a common complaint with XWXs, and P6000s aren't good when cold.

I don't care for the P6000s anyway, too modern looking.

If I end up driving the new-to-me '72 T as much as I did my '84 Carrera (and no reason to think I won't), 5000 miles is about every year and a half. Not all that wonderful.

I suspect I'm going to end up with CN36s...
