356 guys come un-glued for sunroofs. Sellers of 80s 911s with the ubiquitous sunroof option advertise cars without them as “sunroof delete” and ask a premium. I’d say it adds something to an early normal 911 as it was an expensive option not all cars had. More controversial on an S.

This survivor ’65 911 would be a great for light restoration, or simply drive your favorite roads as it is and show it with pride!
$99,000 U.S.
Confirmed it’s a 65 not a 66. Has the earlier 65 strut towers.
Without a doubt an early 911 is the top driving experience for many Porsche enthusiasts world wide. If you’re a fan of the 911 over the past 50 plus years, and haven’t experienced where it began, you need to. Certainly the SWB 911s have become valuable/collectable, and for good reason, but it doesn’t always have to be that high dollar original or concurs restored 911.
One of the most iconic and recognizable vintage sports car, Porsche’s first generation 911 has become a must for collectors and Porschefiles alike.
There is a lot to be said for no computers, wood steering wheel and dash, 4.5” wheels, 901 5 speed transmission, all powered by the legendary 2.0 liter 130 hp engine.
Chassis 302161 certainly deserves to be on the road, and driven by someone ready to create memories in a legendary 911.
Currently sitting in upstate NY. It has been previously painted and is ten footer.
Original floors and panels still in decent condition. Minor work required on a tiny spot on front pan under the hood and one rocker.
Interior is in average and usable condition.
This car can be driven to any cars and coffee event and show its patina proudly!!! Or would be an easy restoration.

I believe this car is a late 65 (assembly started before summer break) not 66, has the earlier strut towers.
