Looking for an excellent set of all 4 door pockets for my 1971 restoration. Must be in excellent condition. My other option is a new set from Porsche, but I thought I’d see what is out there. Thanks

Have you priced NOS?
I still have 4 sets of NOS and just curious what market rate currently is. (Not for sale).
I am curious about this too. I am not happy with the restored pockets on my '70E project.
Anyone have experience with the fit and finish for the Porsche pockets? What is the best option for replacement?

How Porsche ever expected cardboard to stay in shape in close proximity to the heat and humidity of a car interior is beyond me. They probably started twisting on the boat ride over!

A friend of mine has Lakewell fiberglass repros in her '73.5 T targa. They look really nice to my uneducated eye. Probably obvious to some that they aren't original, but also less expensive (and more durable) than NOS.
I can certainly see that NOS would be worth a considerable price for certain cars.

Current - 2018 718 Cayman, Rhodium Silver, PDK
Sold - 1972 911T coupe, Silver Metallic; 1984 911 Carrera coupe, Chiffon white; 1973 914 2.0, Saturn Yellow; 1984 944, Silver Metallic
Sounds like NOS is unobtainable and potentially not durable. Besides the Lakewell option, has anyone tried the Porsche set or any other good reproduction?

I’ve seen many posts on the topic of repairing original pockets but no clear direction for me. I have a nice original 1972 interior and do not wish to replace. Drivers pocket is slightly out of shape and starting to break in corner. Are there any good options(shops?) that can straighten and properly repair these? I’ve seen the DIY videos with steamer. I’m not that talented or patient.
