Mine cannot count as manly. It's a small euro FireVAN not the 20 Ton US Model.
But it's visible from Google Earth.

    Oh.

You’re correct; a real fire truck is a minimum of 26k GVWR.

Sounds like yours would be nice for a little boy. Or a wife.

    Married 41 years this month....

Met my future wife when she was 5 and I was 7.. We grew up together and as a kid, she was always one of the guys. When she turned 13 or so I noticed she was not only one of the guys, she was one of the GIRLS also.. Made things a lot more interesting.

She was hanging out in local Porsche Shops with me when she was 16..

In my mid teens, I made sure she knew I really didn't like kids and would never agree to have any,
so if she ever wanted to be a mother she had best find another guy.

I found if I wanted another car, I would buy it for her. She has had early 911's a Sunbeam Tiger a
first year ZR1 Corvette .. Currently she has an 86, 911 and the ZR1 is still hanging out in the garage.
She commute 100 miles a day in a Honda since she retired the 911 to be a toy.
She used to Special Order Dodge Ram Diesel Pickups for commuter cars.....

Most of my divorced friends found out they didn't know their mate well enough early on and
didn't like what they ended up at some point.

In my case, not having kids was a definite plus. They may sound selfish, but I still don't regret it.
It was the right choice for me..

I married my high school sweetheart 26 years ago, best thing I ever did in life - she loves cars and has been incredibly supportive of my numerous purchases over the years. When I was racing 12-13 years ago we had the don't ask don't tell policy when is came to racing expenses. One day she made the mistake of opening up an email with an invoice for a race engine - she was not impressed, I never got the nerve to tell her it was the second engine I had built that year.
