Thread: Front engine tin ID

    Front engine tin ID

Three pieces from the left front of the engine. The upper left and upper right are the pieces in question...the lower piece is a typical inner MFI cover as evidenced by the cam drive hole. Without the cutout for the cam belt, my guess is the left upper is a sportomatic piece that uses the left cam drive? And with the lower horizontal extending forward...I have no idea what the upper right cover is for. Maybe both have to do with a later 74+ smog emissions system? School me!
    Thanks in advance...

The upper right is 964. The hole is for the cylinder head temp sender.
