    1972 oil console connections

Does anyone have a photo of the inside of the rear wheel arch on a 1972 911 S?

I want to see how the oil console connects to the hard line that runs the length of the car.

Here is a photo of my hard line and console.

I guess i had thought the line would drop vertically down from the console to the hard line. However, as you can see from the photo, my hard line goes some way past the console which means the flexible pipe from the console will need to head towards the rear of the car before angling down to connect to the hard line.

    Is this correct?

    Thanks

    Andrew
