    Cool 30 years with #1099

    Tomorrow, Feb. 11th, I’ll have my ’73S for 30 years… and what a time it’s been

I’m posting this today because I’m meeting my family for a full day at Disney’s California Adventure tomorrow and I’m not sure if I’ll be too toasted to post when I get home………

I posted some of this stuff before but…

    - The ad in the Valley Recycler I picked up at 6:30am and called on when I got to work (no cell phones back then)
I learned later that the engine did not have a rebuild, but the top end was done at 55K.
    The ‘new alloys’ were repops…
However, the car had tinted windows, and sports seats. And later I learned it had LSD. And later I learned they all came original to car.

    - The day I brought it home…
