    Tyre pressure for 2.8 RSR

    I've used the search function,
    but could not find it.

What is the best tyre pressure for
    Street use with these wheels?

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind Regards,
    Johan

If you are running P7s at that width like the old turbos, you need something around 40 at the rear.

    Thanks,

so about 2.2-2.3 front and 2.7-2.8 rear?
car is restored with kevlar body panels so it will be very light.

It really depends how much high speed driving you will do. Are you using P7's or not? The original P7's would go concave at speed, therefore the recommended pressure was 44.
The bridgestone on the later cars were 36 so they didn't have the same problem.
Best way would be a tyre temp check.

    Hello RSTarga,
Actually the P7's were replaced with Yokohama's but I will need to check the correct type.
Not much speeding, just the regular 130km/h and +- 180-200 on occasions.
