Good luck. Had to have mine done in leather. They can press the basket weave you may need. Talk to CDOUGLEHMAN on this forum and the 912 BBS. He has been assembling his beige interior of a '66 for about 3 years. He may have some suggestions

Got mine when I bought my D'eser seats for my 912. The vat died the leather and then pressed the basket weave. Car is in shop but here is an older picture. Shop is very dark so color looks a little darker than it actually is. Doubt that they would do the leather without your buying the seats. Seats first class by the way. Tony at Autobahn made up the one year only door panels. Hard to see the basket weave but its there. Name: 005.jpg

I think those are tan and not beige. Two distinct colors in early 911s. Seemed to be an evolution around 1968. Porsche seems to have used the terms interchangeably.

Finally found the real material for 1967S biege leatherette (Elephant skin) , also the basket weave for seat inserts.
It is all being sown into seat and other covering material for the car, as we speak :-)
    Purchased from Lakewell.com in Belgium
