    Southeast PA/Central-South NJ Backroads Routes

Looking for some good routes and drives in the southeast PA/central-south Jersey area. I live in Philly proper and now that my SC project is done and as spring approaches, the plan is to finally put it to good use.

Share some of your favorite routes in the area, or even a bit outside of that range!

Rt 295 to first exit over Scudders Falls Delaware River Bridge. Exit may be closed due to Bridge construction, but take next exit and double back. You want to get to Rt 29 North. Take 29 N along Delaware River to Lambertville, then Stockton, then Frenchtown and finally Milford. Cross over Delaware at Milford and come back down 32 on Pennsylvania side. Feeder roads to 29 and 32 are great back roads to explore. Have fun.
