SWB 911 VDM Wood / Steel Steering Wheel

This original unrestored VDM wood / steel wheel (420mm) is in excellent condition since it has been stored indoors for over 50 years. Selling for the original 1966 912 owner who purchased this wheel to replace his Wood / Aluminum wheel was bent during auto crossing. Shortly after he acquired this wheel he purchased a leather trim wheel and this wheel was removed from the 912. This wheel is original unrestored that has a beautiful finish with no signs of any wear. The spokes and leather pad are very nice without any scratches. I can provide additional photos upon request. Price is $3,000 plus shipping.

Please double check the top shelf in 912 owner's basement for that piece-a-junk, old bent up alu wheel. I'll take it off your hands.

    BTW: That's a BEAUTIFUL wheel.
