Not from the factory, maybe dealer installed with added speakers in the doors or rear shelf.

One of the few things I have expertise on, based solely on ownership of my '72...

Q: Why doesn't a stereo radio apply to your car?
A: Because it only has a single speaker in the dash!

A circa 72 magazine review of the top of range Blaupunkt Bamberg stereo was for a single front two rear speaker installation. Not very clear photo of the article but original states the three speaker using fader is recommended by Blaupunkt! I posted it here #10:

Still have a variety of vintage Blaupunkt speakers from early 70s gathering dust in storage if anyone needs to go for this 70s 1 plus 2 configuration or has unsightly holes to hide in rear shelf with period correct shelf box speaker of types shown in those catalogues.

Think the item for sale post-dates the longhoods appearing in 73/4 blaupunkt caltalogue iirc. The paper tag on side would as requested help if appropriate to car date were an issue for a quite pricy item.
