    I have a NOS 8:31 for the 65 to 71 transaxles. Eight teeth pinion is stronger than the 7, and final drive ratio just a hair taller. Let me know if you're interested.

    Any ring & pinion from a 914, or from any 65-71 911 or 912 except a Sportomatic will work in your 902/0 transmission.
    Just be aware that pinions from 70> had different setting values.

    Mark, I think you have an 8:35, not 8:31 ring & pinion.
