    Reached out to you via PM but so far crickets...

    Radio arrived but damaged. Whoever boxed it is a freaking moron; no padding at all in front of the very delicate shafts so obviously they were damaged.

    Please respond so that we can initiate a damage claim through the shipper.

    I'm guessing the "freaking moron" comment has something to do with it, although I'll agree there's no excuse for poor packaging of a fragile part.
