    Radio arrived but damaged. Whoever boxed it is a freaking moron; no padding at all in front of the very delicate shafts so obviously they were damaged.

    Please respond so that we can initiate a damage claim through the shipper.

    It's really a shame when rare parts like this are damaged due to incompetent packaging and shipping.

    I'm guessing the "freaking moron" comment has something to do with it, although I'll agree there's no excuse for poor packaging of a fragile part.
