    1967 911 original sales delivery?

I'm trying to find out where my 1967 911, VIN 307850 was originally sold and possible some history as well. California only has info back to 1983.

Anyone know who/where I can go to get information as to where original delivery was? I'll try anything.

    Thanks,
    Don

Sometimes the Kardex has enough info to get a general location. IF the original owner and address are present, then a local dealer may be inferred.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with Kardex. Google didn't help.

    Sorry guys.
These suggestions to read threads just do not help me at all. The idea of "Kardex" and how it works doesn't make sense to me and I thought I was somewhat technical.
I'm done with this site to get me information on my car's original point of sale.

Apparently you’re not as “technical” as you think.

    Goodbye Don.

I find it hard to see how one could actually 'read' the thread linked above without getting some sort of rudimentary idea of what the Kardex is and what info it provides.
