Thread: Fog light holes in front bumper.

  1. #1

Fog light holes in front bumper.

    I am installing a new front bumper on a 71 911T.

The ones that appear to be available have a cutout/infrastructure for fog lights.

My car was delivered with through horn grill fog lights, not ones imbedded in the bumper.

My question is, where all bumpers originally produced with the cutout and then plugged if they weren’t delivered with the lights? Or where there bumpers produced without cutouts?

    Thanks!

Cutouts and cover plates were standard.

Only the '72-73 spoiler bumpers were without fog light cutouts.

Interestingly the parts katalog drawing shows the bar without the cutouts?
