When was it built? The wheels are 3/65. I figured March or April 1965. It was purchased from Porsche on 5/13/65. Name: C09E67ED-85B9-4F3D-B17E-5734C4F95632.jpg

    1077 wasn’t built in March.

This has removed much of the fanfare; it’s not a tall grill.

August676, you found some great cars... the slate grey/red '65 is wonderful and will be an awesome car when restored ... I love the blue on the '69T as well... I hope you end up having a bundle of fun with either one or, better still, both...
thanks for posting them here and please continue to do so as the work progresses...

I have the Kardex. It says it was originally purchased 13/5/1965 (May 13,1965)and sent to Quebec Canada. Delivered on 5/6/1965 (June 6,1965). Unless I’m reading it wrong which is possible.

Thank you. I’m in the process of stripping everything off the body. It’s quite solid except the front suspension pan is rotten and the door sills have holes.

The 65 with Slate Grey /Red interior is the best ever combo. regardless. I think you will have people waiting in line to buy that car. but you must get the best people involved. good luck Chris

the 1965 is a big job. Worthy to be done by a professional with open chequebook. I would sell it as apposed to doing it incorrectly.

the 1969 appears very complete and in a rare beautiful blue! That should be the car you restore.

Sell the 1965 on ebay etc for $100-150k. The color combo will bring out the buyers. That will give you more then enough to play with the 1969 which might be able to be preserved instead of full restoration.
