    No.
    Machining of the spigots is required. And you would want to add piston squirters and do oil bypass mod. I would also modify for late chain boxes as well. I actually have one on the shelf ready to go!

    (Original intermediate shaft can be retained but never a bad idea to machine for bearings so that a late shaft can be used.)

    You will need to enlarge the cylinder drills from something like 92mm to 97mm and to change the intermediate shaft.
    them alu case is really great and strong but a 65 one is maybe too nice for this purpose...

    The 2.8 on carbs is a really cool engine, I run yhis kind of setup in my 68 swb and this is the best choice I made for my Porsche addiction.
