    FS: @autoscout24.nl - 1967 2.0 S Targa SWB

Reportedly rust-free, unrestored, completely history, seems very nice from the photos. Only 139.950 euro... too good to be true? Or has the market really gone down? This seems like the ultimate Targa. Only strange thing is that it has a glass rear window, not sure if you could even order that in 1967.

yup according to the site: Production Date is 9-11-1967 so no matter what date standard you use (mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy) it's a MY 1968

    You're right... 11/1967. Wrong dials for '67.

    History
This 911 S is very well documented. The last owner has definitely done his best to complete the history from day 1.
The following owners have had this unique piece of Porsche history at their best .:

    1 D'ieteren Belgium 1967-1967 (importer)
2 Mr. Palmer Gibraltar 1967-1968 (gray market trader)
3 Dr. Hill San Diego US 1968-1977
4 Dr. Wykes San Diego US 1977-1998
5 Mr. Vereecken Kontich Belgium 1995-1995
6 Mr. Mr. Knaeps Boortmeerbeek Belgium 1995-1997
7 Mr. Smid Kalmthout Belgium 1997-1998
8 Mr. Van der Linden Vinkeveen Netherlands 1998-2004
9 Mr. van Houtum Sint Oedenrode Netherlands 2004-2019

This is all fully documented through:
    Old registrations
    Mail traffic
    Various bills
    photos

    Condition
    Bodywork and paintwork
This 911 has never been restored. Because he has driven a great part of his existence in dry San Diego, the bodywork has been beautifully preserved.
No rust, no traces of major accidents. Very nice fits.
The car was once painted in original color. This was done about 40 years ago. A considerable amount of patina and traces of use also show this.

    Interior
The interior is almost completely original, after more than 50 years! Only the proposal seats are once again covered and filled. Dashboard, door trays, etc. are all still original and this is all in an amazingly neat condition. The steering wheel, as it should be with an S, is also covered with the original leather.

    Technical
The matching numbers 2.0 engine runs very nicely, picks up well, does not smoke and has a healthy oil pressure.
Nothing changed. Original ignition, carburetors, etc. The only thing added later are hydraulic chain tensioners. This for the preservation of the engine.
The dogleg tray 5 (matching numbers) switches perfect. No noise. The clutch is light and functioning properly.

    This 911 is supplied with:
    Maintenance
    New MOT
    Birth Certificate - Kardex
3 binders full of photos, bills, history etc.

    Unique piece!
