    Getting back to Columbo, that was some of the finest TV writing ever, when you think about it, because in the beginning, they tell and show you: the who, went, where, and why and you still watch it till the end to see how Columbo figures it out.

    Stouts and porters are nearly all I drink, but I'll send Frank a finely crafted IPA if the opportunity arises.

    If I'm not drinking stouts or porters you may find me drinking a doppelbock hefeweizen (Schneider & Son Aventinus, please).
