factory delivery for 1963, what is correct term?

I was wondering if anyone knows the correct term for "factory delivery" for Porsche in 1963?
does anyone have old literature on this?

    was it:
    Factory Delivery
    European Delivery
    Factory Pick Up
    Factory Ordered
    Porsche European Delivery Program

did the term change over the years?
    thank you, scott

    Current long term ownership: 63 Cab, 71 911, 74 914
