help ID early recaro seats ??

I found this pair of early Recaros which appear to be 1966-67. Can anyone help ID them ?? Also, the upholstery appears non stock by many years. I plan to recover these in black leather with pepita inserts, and also add D-style headrests and install them in my '66 911.Does anyone have ONE D-style headrest to go with the ONE I already have ?

    Thanks for any help.

If they are 66/67 there will be no provision for d type headrests. You can use the normal roll type early headrests if you can mount the thumbscrew brackets. I don't see holes for the later type in your photo and the seat back looks thin enough to be the early type. But hard to tell from your photos.

Sell it and get a 68 seat instead including headrest or trade it against a 68 in better condition incl. headrest. Or get the Schlummerrolle as written above.
From what I can see this seat is pretty early.
