    Strike Out

    Hilarious!

Just because a part has a tag doesn’t mean it’s NOS. Notice the scrap mark from door latch, serrated marks from bolts, and broken nylon block.

How would you like to handle return shipping and credit?

Now that should warrant a trip to Ban Island. Who in their right mind could claim NOS? Obviously the single picture taking advantage of an old tag was purposely done. Frank, you should receive some compensation above what you paid for this fraud. Time is money and all that.

Figured an ongoing review during this process would be enjoyable.

I voiced my dissatisfaction with Duckymex.

Duckymex said he would refund after he received the part back. I find this very peculiar as I had to pay for it before he shipped it. And Duckymex hasn’t answered my question in regard to covering my return shipping cost.

    Buy at your own peril.

This is exactly the kind of problem we are facing here and I feel the site is being taken advantage of by certain people who are just here to exploit the good sense of community that exists here...
That this seller is allowed to keep posting here when he has flagrantly mislabeled something is just plain wrong... all his ads should be taken down and he should be barred from the site... it's just lucky Frank was the one who bit on this as he has absolutely no issues in calling the seller out where many others would probably just "suck it up"...
