SWB Hella Headlights: Price Lowered - $575

    ** SOLD **

I went “almost” full Anorak and restored these with most of the right bits, such as:

    • Original Hella buckets and bulb mounting rings
    • Tried 14-15 different colors of paint to get as close a match as possible to the original color
    • Hella SB 19 lenses
    • Chrome plated brass slotted screws
    • Correct mounting screws
    • Original retainer springs for the sealed beams, the ones with the circles on the ends (Anorak bragging rights!).

I did give in to function and installed Halogen sealed beams.

    Thanks for looking.

Do you know what these are?

I’ll bet no one on Rennlist could identify these.

Bucket/lens clips... why would nobody on Rennlist be able to identify them, John?

These were used on early Porsches, including 356’s. The Rennlist crowd seems to be focused on newer cars and I don’t think very many folks there have ever seen them.

Your answer is close, but not quite right - I think.

Sorry, to be more clear: bucket/bulb (sealed beam) clips... my old VW bus has US spec lights and uses 5 per side. For some applications they're angled like trim ring clips.
