WTB: Drivers Door in Very Good Condition Close to AZ for my 68 912

I'm looking for a drivers door for my 68. Mine has no rust but is pretty dinged up. Thanks

I just happen to have one. Did you know that a 68 door is a "one year only" door?

    Regards

PS: I'll sell it as it is or any way you want it down to a bare door shell.

Aluminum window frame with a wing; aluminum outer door top & Im sure the inner side of the door has 1 yr only details. Most all doors can be exchanged during the early pre 74 time even beyond 74, just not absolutely correct as a 68`is for your needs......go for it!

Cliff is correct. There are minor details on the inside that were carried on with LWB cars due to the aluminum door frame and door panels. It is the same door as used from 69 to early 73 but lacks the captive nuts for the door pockets. The only outward difference between 68 and earlier doors is the impression shown in the picture.

So the door shell would pretty much work for a 65 - 73? I see people advertising just the shell for 65 - 89? I think I'm going to end up with and extra pair of 68 doors and window frames for sale. I'm going to go look at a set this morning, I'll post an update. Thanks everyone.

Those people are wrong among a few other adjectives.
