Zed --- Awesome story about your car. I especially like your family's involvement in the process.

I tried to upload video Chuck but couldnt figure that part out so you got some screen shots. Not an option? The younger generation wants their news animated.

Thanks Dave. I really miss those old days when we could flog these cars as daily drivers.
I really am grateful to you for sharing the imagery and photo documentation of that 700 mile 1970 911S which I used as a guide to authenticity. Removed most subjectivity as to what was correct. You did the community a great service.

Fortunately, the latter did not occur and we had sufficient fuel as we waited over 40 minutes on line in the blazing sun. It was like a Turkish sauna in the early 911 but being blessed with a loving son, I did experience some umbrella shade on the path to the award circle.
Lol! I feel your pain as I was stuck in that same long line last year at the steamy Lake of the Ozarks Parade!! I took 1st. place in the same class as you last year with my '71 Targa.

Thanks for your counsel earlier this year Mike. It played out strictly by the rule book.
