Correct installation of wiper washer tank in my 73S?

I bought the strap but the install looks odd. What am I doing wrong?

Interesting. Mine mounts on the front latch panel (there's a hole for the filler neck to go through on the driver's side right by the charcoal canister and battery box) and some clips welded in on the pan to hold the bottom tab in. The a soft piece of hose that mates to the long hard tube that runs along the harness more or less transitioning to another soft hose that connects to the two nozzles. '73S as well.

Yes. But is mine correct? Is the strap installed correctly?

I don't think so. On the original cars I've seen, the rubber strap either clips to the blower motor cover or flipped over, to the sheet metal that is the underside of the cowl.

Exactly why you seldom (never) see a Behr A/C equipped original car with a perfect looking cardboard panel.
