Rare Shades 4: Los Angeles Arts District 9/14/2019

Cat's outta the bag—would love to see longhoods in unusual colors (which is just about all of the colors all these years later).

Those interested can register here, and there are some additional items in the works for subscribers and S subscribers (keep an eye on your email) over the weekend as well as a display of special 914s at Rare Shades 4 itself since the "right" day just happened to be 9/14. Hope to see you there!

Just registered with a very special car. Not a longhood but something I just found that has been hidden away for many years. Can't wait.

Or maybe not. Looks like my recently discovered, one-owner, 24k-mile, original paint, PTS 911SC in metallic purple didn't make the cut.

Really!?! I'm surprised by that. I went to the last one (#3) and it would have fit perfectly there. Would love to see pics.

Just did a photo shoot for an upcoming feature in Panorama. Car has a ridiculous backstory. Should be out in the next couple issues.

Got your note, and will check into with the committee. Given the pic you sent me, a bit odd…as it's a very cool car!

    Best,

    pete
