Thread: Weber IDS 3C Carb Set

    Weber IDS 3C Carb Set

Here is a pair of Weber IDS carbs, 3C and 3C1 with high speed enrichment tubes. This set was installed on a 914-6 motor rebuilt to S specs by John Forbes, Black Forest Racing. The motor was said to have been ran and tuned on a stand after rebuild so the carbs should be in working order. I had Paul Abbot of Performance Orientated take a look at them when I had another set of Weber's in for restoration. Due to the level of wear he suggested that I sell them as cores to be rebuilt which is what I am doing. His comment was: A matched set that are complete and good for refurbishment. He felt the market for a set of IDS cores was $4000. I am offering them for $3500.
