Confused. All US 72T's were MFI. None were carb'd.

Hmm good point Arne, wonder if my USA born ST donor had all its MFI removed certainly no signs of it on the original engine
and definately an original 72 USA delivery as I have the books.

Hi Clyde Think I've got an original 72 so called ROW handbook English edition that covered Aus and UK etc if that helps? I'll look and send photo if I can find it. Think it has carbs. I'm sure we can do a deal if it is what you need as surplus to my requirements.

    Edit

This is what I have. Genuine original not reprint -- got it from retiring specialist who worked for British dealer. One of 509 run so obviously lot less common then USA English as fewer row cars sold in English language markets. Also better as this is driver's not owner's manual-- right priorities in ROW markets apparently

Not looking to get rid of it tbh as some really nice content detail in these drivers books of that era some of which relevant to my early 73 RHD car ...but maybe if useful to a good home. It does have carbs section:

Rear cover loose but not completely detached some wear and fingerprints on some pages commensurate with age and use. You have my contacts if you want to discuss.
