    Some guys thin your are

    https://rennlist.com/forums/off-topi...11s-forum.html

does anybody know what is going on with the Early911S forum?

I don't monitor it much since I don't care about the "correct" level of patina on a bolt, but some guy is claiming they broke "the law" and is threatening the place with lawyers?

    WTF?
    This is their quote.

The thread on Rennlist appears to have been deleted. Or perhaps I don't have permissions to see it?

    Hi Doc,

Missed you at Snowshoe. Hope all's well.

Grab a nice bourbon and peruse the 52(!) pages in this thread... http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...rol-of-the-ESR

A few other closed threads in off-topic related to the mess.

    I take this back.

I just noticed two off-topic threads closed. I am not responsible for this or any other opinion expressed going forward. I was trying to post an opinion due to the link somewhere else. I was doing the link in a manner of kidding around in an off-topic thread.

    Darn Bill,
I am really speechless. I didn't know nothing about any of this.

Nonetheless, I sure hope you are doing well. I am doing really well for an old dude.

    Bill,
I have only been here for 12 years.

My full support is with the current management. My heart goes out to the administrators.

Anyone that can understand the cash flow of dues with the help of the volunteers will find the cash flows will barely make the the expenses. I have a lot of experience here as a SEC money manager so please attack me.

Hey Doc, glad to hear you're doing well. Was wondering when you didn't make it to Snowshoe. Current state of affairs is a head-scratcher, but I'm certain the white hats will prevail.

Looking forward to bending elbows with you again soon!

    Bill,
It was a family thing that got me. It was my son and my parents..You will understand.

I have a good plan for 2020 with Bill B (Dixie Region dude with a 356). We are doing the Werks Reunion at Amelia Island (it's a ferry ride from his home) in FL and then fly out to Treffen and circle back to Bergrennen. I have known Bill for a long time (he once lived here in GA).

    Bill,
I have also been active in the local car shows. Steve C. (the 356D dude) has done a great job in organizing local car events. He calls it Worship and every car is invited (good for me since some of my cars don't make it).

I noticed this MB this summer:

As well as this old car:
