My wife and I hosted a blind champagne tasting a while back. The selection ranged from wedding champagne to a couple of Dom vintages. And the tasters ranged from mountain men (this is Central Oregon) to a bank CEO. The finding was that there was absolutely no correlation between favorites and price. My wife, in her usual dramatic style, ran to the kitchen and spit out one of the more expensive ones.

I was surprised by something recently and I thought it would be interesting to do a blind review of a certain part that is currently offered by four vendors. I'm looking for at least one set of discrete experienced eyes, maybe 2-3.

I'll publish the results here.

Thanks,
JohnA
