Thumbs up Oktoberfest Open House in Westlake Village...

Last Sunday me and my friends tried to spectate the PCA Santa Barbara Region Concourse at the Lake Sherwood Country Club in the Hidden Valley part of Thousand Oaks. Well, it turned out that if you didn’t sign up through Motorsport.reg and have your name on ‘the list’ ahead of time, you couldn’t get through the security gate of the Country Club…. While waiting for someone to get us in (which never happened) we heard of another event (from someone else waiting outside the gate with us) that was just up the road.

The event was the Finish Line Auto Storage Oktoberfest Open House in Westlake Village…. And what an event it was !!!!

With German food, drink, and a live band that played polka to rock....

Each single, and double (and more) stall had something very cool to outrageous to look at….
Most had a ‘photo restriction’ sign at their entry… but some did not…

Here’s a few parking lot and storage shots…

    And more....

BTW- The light yellow right hand RS w/6's and 7's and hounds tooth sport seats is owned buy a local enthusiast/collector originally from South Africa who once owned the car, sold it, found it and re-bought it years later...

The next time this event happens I hope to announce it here ahead of time...

    Cheers,
    cm
