Thread: Ohlins rsr

Hi Lars, thank you for the kind words. Yes this is #0820. I have been after this car for more than 3 years, every 6 months calling the previous owner if he wanted to sell. He bought the car as a donor for a 917 clone. (it had 917 brakes and other things he took from the car), I guess some suspension components as the suspension setup needed a lot of work to get right. The flares are steel and put on the car by Brumos. I still have a lot of questions about the car and its history, until now only John Paul Jr confirming on facebook that was his dad's car. Next week I will take the time to get some better pictures and finally test drive it, can't wait ))

Nico, that sure is a thing of beauty. Can’t wait to hear more of it’s significant history. The test drive should be glorious,

H-viken, there are some more threads on here and Pelican by the OP. I've had the car in my shop in the past, anything in particular you want to know? The car is back in the US now.

Hi Guys, thanks for the comments! I sold the car to Al from Zweck, it used to be his car. He sold it to the Netherlands in 2012 I think, to a guy who used it as a partial parts car(?!) for his 935 build. I bought it from him and brought it back it's John Paul specs: short stroke 3.2 with 019 mfi pump. Great car! Can be seen on Magnus Walkers instagram now and I think it will be featured on his OPP you tube channel. Sad to see it go but glad it's back with Al.
