    MY 73 A/C hose length

Actually finalizing an A/C system. Ok, it close to winter time,.....

Received the fifth and last hose yesterday. Unfortunatly without the fittings.

It should be the on from the rear to the front condenser for 73 only. I don't know if it the correct length for 73 or if it is an earlier hose.
NW10 /inner diameter close to 3/8" and its 3,57m long.

How long should the hose part of there line connecting the two condensers for 73 be?

Dirk, you say '73-only. Not the same as '72 with 2-condenser system? I should have one of those for my '72 that I could measure.

My copy of the parts book shows the same part number on that hose from '70-73 - 911.573.153.00

I should be able to find mine and measure it if that would be helpful. It's in a box somewhere.

Why not by the wrong hose and crimp yourself? remember that the orientation of the fittings has to be correct too. Or, buy the hose and fitting do a dry fit to clock the hoses properly and then have them crimped.

I will never fill the AC and use only old original parts for missing ones on this car.
The hose was installed for several decades and is in the correct form so that we now the angle to mount the fittings correctly.

OK, stand by. I'll get that hose out of storage later today.
