Meticulous restoration just completed to concours standard as a personal project by me, the proprietor of one of New Zealand’s leading “Porsche” restoration shops with two Masters Class wins at the Ellerslie Intermarque Concours (so far). I’m probably one of the the guys you’d call for a PPI if you were buying and early Porsche in NZ.
It lived in a lean to in the Pacific North West for much of its life which contributed to a bit of rust. Every factory detail duplicated into new sheet metal and all repairs butt welded with TIG and planished & spot welded in as per original - you will not find any metal repair.
Glasurit epoxy primer then base & clear coat including orange under the red (you will thank me if you ever need to make a repair) 4L of matching base coat included – enough for entire repaint.
Engine & transmission rebuilt by Frank Beck.
Autos International interior.
All correct logo bolts, Fog lights, Horns, etc.
Many NOS or parts restored as a preference to repro.
All the correct 65 only stuff
Show quality chrome all polishing by me – hundreds of hours.
Etc.
This is without doubt one of the best out there – of course I am biased.
