    röhrls new toy

i met victor once at a swap met and we had a several hour conversation about our hobby. we where kind of surfing the same wave so he invited me to his place. he did not give me a phone number just his address..."i`m always home" he said ..took a while to find time to followed his invitation...actually a couple of years went by..one super hot summer day i took the trip to the east end of my country. when i arrived in his village there was ,due to the enormous heat we experienced this summer, literally no one on the street...i had his address but i could not locate his house so i looked for someone to ask for directions but no one was there to ask and no one opened the door when i rang..the hole sceenery was pretty spooky like in a B horror movie just before the zombies attac.
i walked by a house with no number on it..that must be it i thought ... it instantly reminded me in bates hotel. i sneaked around it and suddenly someone was shouting at me. "what are you doing there!!!" i´m looking for victor grahser,do you know where i can find him? i replied... What you want from him? he asked.
so i told him the story how we meet.

it turned out that i was right with my assumption that it was his house but unfortunatly victor passed away just a few days earlier.
his neighbor showed me around . i saw the car in it´s unfinished state.

several years later i was invited by rafael diez to have a look at a `64 restoration he executed.when he showed me his shop i saw a 356 with a 3.o 930 engine on a car lift ...i always wondered what happened to victors car
