PD 7750 Watch. What can you tell me?

Just curious. This watch is in my possession now and I don't know anything about it. No, it is not for sale and it is in rather poor condition but does work. Yes, I'm probably being lazy, but I know there has been lots of stuff about these watches on this forum. I could care less about what it is worth, though.

    Regards

Hey Jim, these were made by Orfina (pretty sure they did all the Porsche Design watches) using the venerable Valjoux 7750 automatic movement.

Get it serviced and wear it... not especially valuable in the condition yours is, but pretty much bulletproof as analog watches go.
Or if you want it pretty, spring to have it refinished. Case, bracelet and crystal plus service shouldn't cost that much.

I'm sure it does, but that is not likely to happen.

    Hi Jim,

    To answer your questions.

It is a Porsche Design watch.

It has a lot of smaller confusing timing dials.

It has buttons on its side that operate these smaller dials.

It has a a day and date of month as well but most importantly,,,

It is for telling the time.

    Hope this helps,

    Fond regards

    Mark

Have it serviced locally for $150-200 and wear it proudly as is. I would.
