    FS: 1971 Rallye Monte-Carlo 'CONTROLE' dash plaque

    SOLD SOLD SOLD Original aluminum dash plaque for the 1971 Rallye Monte-Carlo, provided to volunteers manning the control stations along the route. Just over 3" long & 1.5" tall. Original item made in France by Manilux Marseille, manufacturers of the full size plaques. Large 'CONTROLE' plaques were also provided for the cars of volunteers to allow access to the course. This small plaque seems to be more of a badge of honor, souvenir, or thank you gift for volunteers?
