Rats - no pics from this year but, yes, the Pac West chapter of the R Gruppe held our 12th annual "Resolution Run" this year. We had seven cars participate on a cold, rainy Pacific Northwest New Year's day. Great way to start the year.

    New Years Day Drive

    Chuck,
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun on New Years Day. If we still lived in SoCal we would have joined you.

For a change I took my old 356 SC out on New Years Day. My significant other and I headed out to some local country roads. It's only a 356 but it's still an S and we hit 6,000 rpm occasionally and also saw almost triple digits too.

Bottom line. Sometimes it's better drive a slow car fast than drive a fast car slow. And any drive on New Years Day is a good drive.

Best to you and all my Early 911S friends for 2020.

    Rich

The Salt Demon has invaded NE Ohio. It was warm enough to go for a drive, ie not freezing round the clock, but you don't temp the fates of the demonic slime the DOT puts on our roads.

I saw you guys parked there at the bottom of Latigo as I headed up from PCH in the opposite direction in my red 510 (my 356 is still blown apart for restoration). Encountered many more cool Porsches and other marques up the hill. It was a glorious day for a drive in SoCal. Happy New Year!
