What year is this for?
1970 911S
1999 early build Carrera
I am no expert, but I believe it was issued with cars from 1969 to 1972 with transitions at both the first and last year. Maybe someone else can weigh in on this?

Some year(s) was/were painted blue, and I’ve never seen a lug wrench like that on any LWB cars.

That is a different Bilstein jack to the one in this listing. The one you show has a single fitting for moving up and down. Mine (which is SOLD) has separate fittings — one for pumping up and one for pumping down. I believe the transition was in the first couple of years of Type 901 cars.
