    Jim, What's going on with the Left Side and what looks like a Hole? Can you provide some closer shots? I want to make sure these are not pitted badly. I am interested.

    I have seen your listing as these are for 1966-1967... would you know if a car built Dec. 1967, sold as a 1968 would use these. or the other spring type. thanks bob

    so.... does the 1968 use the helical spring type box that you have pictured... or the later ones with a traditional spring.. bob

    Hi Bob,

    The set sold were off a June 67 production car, so feasibility that they appeared on 68 cars seems logical. Or the alternative.

    thanks for your reply.... I scavenged enough pieces of the rusty boxes on my car and assuming those were original, it appear that it had the ones you picture above with the traditional spring, not the early helical spring..... thanks bob
