Looks like someone else got their gas heater recently, maybe you're next in the pipeline.

That's my delivery. Franz is a stand up guy. Throw into the mix his moving his shop and a new baby. He will deliver. I have always taken the position that you can't push a craftsman and tried not to be pushy. Problem is not everybody is of the same opinion and I'm sure a lot of guys get pushed. My only problem is that time is pushing me successfully and am facing 77. Probably you want to pull the project and send it to somebody else. OOPS! There is nobody else. Be patient grass hopper. Sent the original to him in 2015. about the same time I sent wheels to Harvey. Told both there was no time pressure. Its the one on the right

I agree on giving guy's space and being patient, there are a limited number of people who can fix some of this stuff. But when people stop communicating that's not cool, it takes 2 seconds to respond to an email saying, "I'm busy haven't forgotten about you"

Franz delivered my aluminum deck lid as promised. Just as he described and packaged very securely. I hope your situation gets resolved.
