The correct screw heads are RIBE a.k.a. polydrive. Hard to find unless you have some core calipers to rob.
The pictured calipers have regular inhex head screws. I'm not sure when they changed but I don't think those are correct for that vintage caliper.
Those calipers are SWB non-S rear calipers. No spacer between the halves. The piston size will be 35mm vs 38mm for the S variant.

The bolts and nuts are correct for those calipers. The fronts use Ribe the rears are plain nuts. You are correct in stating they are NOT S/L calipers and they do, in fact, have 35mm pistons and not 38mm pistons.
